Steve saved our vacation! We walked in the house late at night and realized the fridge had been running for months but not cooling. Big yuck! We ran to the store for bags of ice and big coolers as a temporary measure, but can't imagine doing that for more than a week! Steve saved the day.

We are new to the area, so glad we found Steve. He did an initial diagnosis over the phone, so he could have possible parts with him. Steve's also smart enough to know what parts often break and keeps them in stock, so even with the Christmas holiday, Steve was able to help us out. 

He was very communicative as well. There were a lot of heavy storms, and Steve even called to say he was running late.
